Guild Room Chair
What is the Purpose
The Guild Room Chair is responsible for maintaining an attractive, orderly, and well supplied Guild Room.
Who is Involved
The Guild Room Chair is appointed by the Guild President with assistance from the Coordinator of Guild Programs.
What are the Tasks
Checks on the orderliness of the Guild Room regularly.
Maintains attractive and interesting bulletin boards and display areas.
Disposes of outdated materials.
Posts a bulletin board calendar for Guild members to use to reserve the conference room.
Places the current week’s Las Guias schedule in the appropriate notebook and keeps the Las Guias sign-up notebook supplied with the appropriate forms.
Orders Guild letterhead stationary and stores a supply in the appropriate file drawer in the conference room.
Orders drinking fountain cups and keeps the cup holder filled.
Maintains office supplies in the desk, i.e., staples, paper clips, rubber bands, pencils, etc.
Orders paper for the copier and keeps a supply on hand.
Submits a work order for necessary furniture/equipment maintenance and/or repair.
Recommends additions or changes needed in furnishings or arrangements to the Board of Directors through the Guild Membership Services Coordinator.
